I think that Kristol's comments are spot on here (not the substance, but the strategy), if McCain did this, he might swing some independents back in and then Diebold could take it from there. So we must not cede an INCH. Be prepared with your counterattacks. The experience thing is bullshit (sorry, Grammie.) JFK had no experience. But he had vision, and he had judgment. He got some things wrong. But overall, a stellar presidency. Let's hope Obama's doesn't end the same way.
