Personal Responsibility

Ya see, the problem here, is that the African Americans in South Carolina just don't have enough personal responsibility! I jest. No the problem here is that as we continue to balance the world's resources across the planet (instead of concentrating them in America and Europe), Whitey is doing what he's always done... kicking the minorities to the curb. Equality? Pfft.
