Elephant Talk!

And now for something completely different: Elephant Talk by King Crimson. This is the 80s incarnation, with probably the most stellar lineup they ever had: Tony Levin on bass (Chapman Stick in this video), Bill Bruford on drums, Adrien Belew on guitar/vocals, and of course the inimitable Robert Fripp on Frippertronics (looped guitar).

Tony of course is the bass player for Peter Gabriel and the Tony Levin Band, Bill was the original drummer with Yes and left after Close to the Edge, Adrien Belew was discovered by Zappa in a Holiday Inn when Zappa was on tour, and Robert Fripp is the only original member.

I remember seeing this video live when it was on TV. I think it was on the show "Fridays" which some of you might remember from the 80s. It was ABC's answer to Saturday Night Live, and where Michael Richards got his break.

But I've been talking waaaay too long here... and remember... it's OOOOONLY TALK!

(and sorry for the lame quality of the video - at least we have it!)
