Perhaps it is!

Well, perhaps it IS Miller Time... Most certainly, we could do worse that to challenge our assumptions about what works and what doesn't. I most certainly do not believe anymore that free markets left to themselves will be self-regulating. I mean, run the smelling salts under Greenspan's nose... sheesh... that guy passed out in October!
